ASSET INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT

ASSET INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT
Onsite Tagging

From time to time, Organizations require focused plans to determine the Assets and Equipment existing on their facilities. This will enable them plan effectively for the equipment to be tracked. A major way of ensuring this happen is to track fixed and movable assets wooing serial numbers and tags or labels to ensure they know what exists and where they exists. WASA Inc has the capacity to ensure this by developing durable asset tagging philosophy and we have the capability in this area that will match your specification. We do have partners that can manufacture, supply and install labeling systems that correctly identify all equipment, instrument and on-plot piping in your plant. We adopt the most advanced laser engraving machines to manufacture engraved tags in various materials and sizes to suit the chemical and thermal environment on site.

PID Updates

WASA Alliance has the capacity to develop process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) These diagrams provide a common language and notation to describe the equipment and connections of a process in a system. Feasibility studies, safety assessments, and brownfield modifications for refineries and plants all depend on accurate PFDs and P&IDs for better understanding, efficient management, greater safety, and maximum return on investment. The P&ID is an important document establishing the blueprint for every process and power plant. Therefore every P&ID must be kept up-to-date at all times throughout the life cycle of the plant. Plant modifications must be reflected in the P&ID drawings when adding new piping and/or revamping specific parts of the plant. Keeping P&IDs current ensures safety of personnel and assists personnel in understanding the plant’s operation. WASA Alliance Limited is well positioned to provide P&IDs from scratch or update current plant drawings to show As-Is through on-site physical verification and mark-up of modifications made and errors flagged. Our robust and vast expertise keeps us at the front line of best company to consult for all forms of P&IDs design, development and update.

Engineering Data Management

WASA Alliance provides support in the design, project and production engineering process to ensure businesses can make prompt and informed decisions with ready access to engineering data. We allow you achieve operational excellence by integrating engineering data systems with ERP applications and business processes, including inventory management and maintenance We help enterprises implement ISO 15926 data protocols combining advanced search functionality with visualization tools to increase productivity and accelerate project completion. Our approach enables your personnel to focus on engineering, while reducing the cost of data management. Our solution consolidates engineering data across your enterprise. Our Engineering Data Management (EDM) services span design and engineering data [piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID), 3D models, general arrangement (GA) drawings, and isometrics], documentation for equipment (supplier datasheets, technical specifications, and spare parts management), health, safety, and environment (HSE) documents (HSE procedures, training material, and competency management artifacts), and operational data (maintenance schedules and incident reports).

Inspection & Deployment of Inspection Management Tools / Software

Facilities within the Oil and Gas sector needs to ensure that Regular checks, examinations and evaluation of integrity of these assets are done for safe operation, plant reliability and business sustainability. The critical examination and evaluation of an Asset to ascertain its condition and sustainability for continue use is called INSPECTION and it is one of those activities designed to ensure everything produced remains in the “pipeline”. Inspection is usually done daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, 5-yearly depending on country regulatory or international standards. Our Inspection program focuses on in-service inspection of Above-ground Storage Tanks (AST), Pressure Vessels (PV) and Process Piping (on-plot) with various tools designed to.
