WASA and its Partners Nexus Alliance Nigeria Ltd, Intercontinental Des Services (ICS) Congo and Energy Training Centre (ETC) Lagos have over 20 years Oil and Gas training experiences and training infrastructural development in Nigeria, Congo and Senegal. We have worked with Government and Operators to develop industry tailored curriculum and contents ensuring competent Work Force tuned to safety and exceptional Performance. We have the experiences of working with National Governments and Institutions to train citizens with lower or semi-skilled, High School Leavers, Polytechnic and University Graduates leading to certifications and trade certificates in various disciplines relevant to Oil & Gas Sector and Renewable Energy to be able to work at Lower, Middle and Senior Positions in the Industry. This has helped these countries to get their citizens to work with great progress for local content, economic development and poverty alleviation. WASA Partner, Nexus Alliance Nigeria Ltd have over the years worked and collaborated with institution like Scottish Qualification Agency (SQA), Robert Gordon University Aberdeen and Heriot Watt University UK in training fresh Technicians and Engineers in various disciplines such as Electrical, Mechanical, Process and Instrumentation leading to certifications. Our Partner ICS worked with the Senegalese and Congolese Governments in establishing Training Institutes for the training and capacity development of Unskilled and Semi-skilled hands to be Roustabouts, Roughnecks, ABS Welders, Radio Operators, Painters, Well Material Co-ordinators to participate in successfully in drilling phase of the O&G Industry with clear career and growth paths.

The Oil and Gas Training is designed to address the knowledge gap in the Oil and Gas Industry in Guyana and other oil producing areas of the world. These courses specially designed and tailored for Accountants, Cost Controllers, Auditors, Attorneys and other Professionals with little or no experience in the Oil and Gas industry and would also help in increasing understanding of the latest science, engineering and associated business processes and technologies within the Upstream Oil and Gas industry. This will help the Ministry of Natural Resources and other regulatory bodies effectively carryout their roles of monitoring and ensuring compliances for common good. We will also help the Ministry to be able to effectively determine if costs certification and recoveries are in line with the PSC and Tax Laws. Training on Enterprise Resource Tools (ERPs) associated with Governance, Risk, and Compliance, Data Security Tools ensuing Operators and other companies meet data security and authorizations.
